Refund & cancellation policy
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 7 days of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once a piece enters its creation phase, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Non-Returnable Items
All TEFNUT'S pieces are made to order and personalized for their recipient. In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its applicable exceptions, custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective. This applies to the entirety of our collection.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective* or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the item
- Repair of the item
- Full refund
In these cases, TEFNUT'S will cover the return shipping costs.
*Because the accessory is finished through artisanal processes, small variations in texture, tone, or finish may occur. These subtle differences are part of the character of each piece and will not be considered defective.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
International Orders
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- These charges are not refundable
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the return shipping and any related costs may be deducted from the refund.
