To preserve the integrity of this artisanal process, our pieces are crafted upon order rather than mass produced.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During collection launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped through trusted international courier services to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Egypt: 1–3 business days
  • Middle East: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–6 business days
  • North America: 3–7 business days
  • Other international destinations: 4–8 business days

Shipping Costs

Lost or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
